you will not find any nutrition on fastfoods. They are made to ake us unhealthy. if you want to have a healthy food. prepare for your self.

If you're going to eat one--split it in half. They are easily big enough for 2 meals. Toss the lettuce and tomato off the left over portion and it won't be that bad.

Don't eat at a fast food resterant. The place you want to go to if your out and there isn't a health food stor around or anything is Sub Way. That is real food and its not that unhealthy for you.

dont eat it, i worked there and they dump grease on there burgers and chicken to keep them from drying out, nasty
