go to start menu,control panel, add remove programs, choose from a list what u wanna uninstall and uninstall it.

go to start and then click on control panel. then click on add/remove programs. and then a alphabetical list of every thing u have installed on ur computer will pop up. click on the one u want to remove. that simple!

go to control panel on your start menu.
click add/remove programs.
find virus-pro and click it \
follow directions

use start ---> run ---> msconfig from here u can delet any program or anything u want
