I'm creating a VB program. I'd like an idea that involves some kind of equation. An example is a BMI calculator, which I already did. Thanks for your suggestions!

The age in days of a person.
The conversion of feet to meters, miles to kilometers, and vice-versa. The conversion of pounds to kilograms.
The number of days before... (countdown to any date).
The due date of a mother-to-be.

I did a program in college that would calculate based on putting $200 a month into a 401k starting at age 22 and stopping at 30, how much I would have in there when I was 65... it's pretty complex if you're just needing a very basic equation.
You could make it so that the total is based on user input, like how much they want to contribute monthly, when they start, when they finish, what the interest rate is, etc.
