The terms of the sequence are the dates on which the month-number and the day-number multiply to give the last two digits of the year:

A1: 7*13=91
A2: 4*23=92
A3: 3*31=93
A9: 7*14=98

We look for the terms A4 to A8 by trying to write the numbers 93 to 98 as the product of a number below 13 and below 32. Obviously this is impossible for 94 and 97.

A4: May 19, 1995. 5*19=95
A5: April 24, 1996. 4*24=96
A6: June 16, 1996. 6*16=96
A7: August 12, 1996. 8*12=96
A8: December 8, 1996. 12*8=96
