Go to the logon page of the router using your browser. If you have the manual it will tell you the address to use, if not go to start/run and type in cmd and enter. Then type in ipconfig. This will show you the default gateway (router) address, which you type into the address bar. The admin default password will normally be blank, or admin. If you have changed this use the password you have set. Once logged in the wireless channel should be listed in a drop list. Change it and apply the change. The router may do a re-start. If you don't know the password for the router, make sure you have the details of your ISP logon account name and password, along with any of the other required details you used to set it up initially, and then re-set the router. If you are unsure of any of these detaails, do NOT re-set. You will lose your connection. After a re-set the encryption key will have cleared. While you are logged in to the router set a key, then you will have to set a new key on your machine.
