Age is merely a number.
A 50 yr. old woman is like fine wine.
A 50 yr. old man is like fine cheese.
Together they're a party of sorts.

Fifty might seem old when your in your teens or 20's but I can assure you 50 isn't old at all. A person male or female is old when they think their old. I'm 51 and I know people that are in their 30's that act older and get around like someone that's 70 or more. I think it depends on how well you take care of yourself and the abuse you've done to your body over the years because it does catch up with you. I'm healthier and more active than a lot of the people you would probably consider young. I don't think a 50 year old should dress like the 20 somethings but that doesn't make us old, that makes us conservative. If you must put a number on it I'd guess somewhere around the age of retirement for both, which would be on an average of 65.

It's all relative - if I was 20, fifty would probably be old. It isn't now:)
A fifty year old women has more libido than her 20 year old counter-parts. Also has some good experience going for her:)
A fifty year old man has a little less energy sometimes, but is so much more tuned in to his woman than a 20 year old will ever be able to figure out. This is so much more attractive than the hard-body arm candy out there. They'll get older, too!

A fifty year old woman looks 40 if she's youthful.
Same goes for a man.
Nowadays 50 is the new 40, 10 is the new 13, etcetera.
However, to be truthful, I feel old myself, and I'm barely 20.

I agree with you that they should NOT be engaged. A 19 year old may even "propose" to a 14 year old in order to have sex with her... My fiance and I are 7 years apart, but we are both mature adults of legal age. If they are truly in love with each other they should wait to get married until they are both at least 20. People change a lot between the ages of 14 and 20. (Although, personally I would not give them the chance to wait. I would call child protective services or the police department right away. What he is doing is illegal and wrong.)

Your age is relative to how well you have taken care of yourself. I will be 50 in two months and a 27 yr old gal just recently told me I looked 27. Yes, its old in relation to the fact that about two thirds of my life has been lived, but its as much about your attitude and health than anything else. So to me its not old at all.

fifty is NOT old. A 50 yr. old women is in her prime..and a 50 yr. old man should be settled. you are not a senior (old) `til 65.

Men over 50 are hot! Confidence and stability are a plus. A woman all depends on the way she carries herself....
