how can i locate a pop up?

i disabled an mp3, the message it gave me was that it was disabled and would appear on a pop up. now i cannot find the pop up and/or recover it

delete all your cookis and history if your using IE 6/7\

you could download FireFox 2 from link below, fire fox puts IE to shame and is faster, more secure, and you can set it up to stop pop ups, read the instructions to set it up
