usb drivers come with xp service pack 1a and onwards, along with vista. Go onto MS.com and search for usb drivers maybe

Your mp3 player, like most, is being recognized as a removable drive. Do you, perhaps, have a version of Windows earlier than XP SP2? (versions earlier than this don't have USB 2.0 support and so have a harder time detecting removable USB disks.) if you provide your computer specs, the specs of the computer at the cafe, and your mp3 player specs, this will be easier to answer.

then you have not got the right usb drivers for your motherboard,,

go to your motherboard manufacturer's website and look for support click on that, then look for downloads, for the motherboard you have, download the latest drivers they have, put it in a new folder, name it MB drivers for (motherboard drivers) go to that folder and click on the file
these days there is an auto install program that will start to to install the drivers,, after you have installed the drivers reboot your system and it should find your usb ports

make sure you USB setting are set to on in the bios
