Are school administrators really this freakin' stupid? Really?

Question

In a Florida school, a boy was made to take off his T-shirt because it was "gang attire". His "gang attire" was a University of Florida--Gators--T-shirt. It happened this January. I imagine a lot of kids were dressed up like "gangsters" this month.

Have you or someone you know run across anything this stupid? Do you think there's any justification for this? Or do you think the principal was just a jealous Seminole? ;-)

Yes extremely stupid and how do they ever get in that position, Here's another one, in Seattle someone in the public school system said, "no more Lego's, it teaches competition, capitalism and is to stressful"...some things are way beyond my comprehension what go's on sometimes

Yes, In Ohio. I wish I new the link. About 3-4 years ago a school was forced by law to take a picture of Jesus down outside the principle's office because 1 parent did not like it. The school's mascot are the "Blue Devils" Which you can imagine during Pep-Rally's pics of the Blue Devil and not to mention there is a Blue Devil on the team football helmets and other sports wear. So to makea point. A group went to court to try to get the Blue Devil removed. It was denied by the courts and the case was thrown out. So in short the law say's it's ok to have vision of a Blue Devil but not Jesus?? Go Figure.

almost all of the problems will be solved, if and when every single, elem try, middle, and high schools goes under wearing UNIFORM mandatory. then none of these stupid problems will ever rise.
