Currently Hank Aaron holds the record at 755 in MLB. However many say that Babe Ruth hit several long balls that didn't count back then because of rules with balls that go over the wall fair and arch foul. With the foul pole and current rules Babe Ruth could have possibly had more homeruns than Hank Aaron.
