He just likes the adventure type games that have puzzle solving as well. The whole dungeon/boss fight thing. (I'm quoting him.)
He has already rented (and played) every Legend of Zelda game out there. Anyone know of any other games for the GameCube he might like?

Unfortunately there isn't really a lot like Zelda available on the Cube. I could recommend several on the PlayStation 2, but since this is cube only...
-While it is not quite as action orieneted, try Tales of Symphonia.
-Final Fantasy: Crystal Cronicles has similar gamepaly, but few puzzles.
-The Prince of Persia games are close, but more mature story and graphics wise. They are also legendary for being difficult games.
Several of the survival horror games have some similar game-play, though they are probably too mature for your child. In fact I can think a bunch of those that are in the 15+ age range without stretching too hard.

Gamecube games similar to the Legend of Zelda? You're best matches would be Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles and Tales of Symphonia. I HIGHLY recommend them both for him. I'm sure he'll like them. :)

Can't go wrong with final fantasy. They have one of those out for gamecube. Maybe animal crossing or paper mario. It really depends on how old your son is. If he's a teen, get him metal gear solid. Some good sites to check out would be ign.com and gamespot.com. Look for RPGs.

Depending on how old he is you can try Eternal Darkness it has puzzle solving and bosses however if he is kinda young it may give him nightmares .lol .. Prince of Persia series is along the same lines. Pikmin I guess.. Cant think of anyothers off hand
