Well i've only seen Scrapped Princess and Mai-Hime from your list so I guess I'll choose those. Both of which I really liked.

If I had to choose which to watch first, I think I would have to go with Mai-Hime. The show starts to get really interesting at the half way point, the first couple of episodes tho are just fun fillers. If you like this one you should also check out Mai-Otome after. It's not as good but alright, its kinda like a retelling of Mai-Hime. Has all the same characters in it and a few new ones as well. Plus the Hime powers are known as Otome instead, with some similiarites and differences.

I really liked Scrapped Princess as well, maybe because Im into the whole medieval thing. If you like this maybe you can check out Record of Lodoss War as well.

Well the list have different kind of anime.
Currently I'm watching Mai Hime ( or My-Hime as you with ) and it is pretty good. Soon after I will continue with Mai Otome.

Scrapped Princess is a good heroic fantasy anime. Lost of aventure, magical power and a good opening.

Gun X Sword isn't bad, the hero is a bit in space, meaning he is completely unaware of how to live in society. The end is not that good and a bit rush. Some good funny moment though

That's all I watched. Sorry can't help you more.
But from what I know: Princess Tutu may more be for girls, Heat Guy J a robot protecting a young detective.

You should watch Yamato Takeru.

It's kinda like those He-man and the Masters of the Universe series and story we used to watch as kids and even now.
A kid finds a sword and a giant robot inside a mountain in another planet, then he wishes to see the ocean and then his villains come into the show then he gets some mighty powers of the universe.

I've seen enough of Scrapped Princess to recommend it.

Of the remaining titles, I've only seen a few random episodes of My Hime and Kamichu, so take your pick. I didn't walk out of either of the showings.
