Will Averatec 2200 series laptop support external widescreen LCD monitor?

the manual says it supports external monitors but doesn't specify if this includes widescreen or not? any one had similar problem?

If the manual says it will support an external monitor then it should support type of monitor,

but the best thing to do is go to their website click on support and ask this question there,, they will tell you anything you'd like to know
