i decided on Jackson Carl. Now i need a middle name that goes well with Derak as a first name and Lienesch as a last name.

Jackson Carl Lienesch sounds better than Derek Carl Lienesch. Plus he could be called JC for short.

I would say Jackson Carl.

Derek Carl has two similar consonant sounds too close together between the first and middle name (in my opinion).
