What is that movie about this kid that is sent away to some camp and is forced to play the piano?

The 5000 Fingers of Dr. T was scripted and partly designed by Dr. Seuss, It starred Tommy Retig as the boy, and Hans Conreid as Dr. Terwilliger, who planned to chain 500 boys to his immense piano keyboard so there would be 5000 Happy Fingers to play for him. A notable feature of the "camp" was the beanie cap each boy was made to wear, with a rubber hand waving from the top!
