Yes, she can if SHE wants too. If she and her partner are willing there is nothing to stop them having sexual relations at this time.
In some cultures it is taboo, something about the menstrual blood draining their manhood. Personally I think a smart woman invented that one to give her a period (pardon the pun) of respite from sex.
If she uses tampons during her cycle she may need to use a lubricant as there will be little natural moisture and that can be painful.
If her heaviest days are the first two then it might be better to wait til a little later in the cycle.
No, you can't get pregnant at this time, (Unless your cycle is under 17 days - you ovulate 14 days before your next period) but still use protection, periods don't offer any protection against S.T.D.'s. Hope this helps, B

Yes there's nothing wrong with it, except for the mess and sometimes a slight odor. You can lay a towel down though if the guy really doesn't mind. You are much more sensitive on your period too, creating bigger and better orgasms.

Of course she can, although it can be quite messy. There are two very important things to remember if one is planning on having vaginal intercourse while on her period:
1) You can still get pregnant (believe it or not).
2) Your chances of getting a yeast infection are much higher.

Yes you sure can if you get pass the initial mess... Sex is great your already lubricated and super sensitive so multiple orgasms are a huge possibility.

Of course. It's just a matter of preference. I would definitely recommend using a dark towel on the bed, and a condom for the guy even if you're on the pill (easier clean-up for him). Have fun and be safe!

Yes, and although the risk of pregnancy is reduced, it is still a possibility. Practice safe sex!

Hell yes! If you take the right steps, it doesn't have to be as messy as every makes it out to be. Certain things like oral should probably be avoided, but it you don't mind a little clean up, go for it.

Yes a girl can, but you and your man has to agree with it. My ex and I did it all the time, but be careful because I got prignant with my daughter while I had my period. My ex didn't care if I was bleeding or not; I was his woman and he didn't care.
