We have a shower curtain and liner in our shower. However every morning our floor gets wet after we take a shower. The liner won't stay all the way against the side. The water comes out in the little gap soaking the floor. Does anybody have any solutions to this problem?

Keep in mind we have an apartment and can't have glass doors.

you could try a longer shower liner or get one with magnets but ive tried both and water still gets on the floor andim also in a apartment so im limited to what i can do about it i have a couple crap towels that i only use to clean stuff up with and i just keep one hanging over the hamper in my bathroom and when someone gets in the shower i lay it down where it gets wet it soaks up all of the water as it comes out of the shower and just hang it up to dry and keep using it until laundry day just make sure when you hang the towel to dry somewhere it will dry all the way or it will stink it cannot be left on the floor or you will have a horrible smell in your bathroom if you really dont want to do that call your apartment maintence and see if they can put the tub guards on the corners of the tubto prevent water form coming out

Have you considered lowering the rail from the top so that the shower curtain is 'longer'?

Or buy a new longer one. Measure the one you have and find one that is 3 inches longer.

Or take baths and do not use the shower.

Or do "army baths" - our name for cleaning yourself at the sink with only a basin full of water. Saves water too!!

Or take your clothes to a local gym and after the workout, shower and change there before work.

i am a fountain of ideas.

Hope one works.

get the part of the shower where there is the gap a little wet then stick the shower curtain to it, this is what I do everytime I get in the shower.

Try a longer shower curtain.

if all the above fails, get something large and absorbant like some old bath towels and put by the shower to catch the water. dumb, i know, but just might work.
