If I got my masters degree in Education in general, or my masters in Sports, or both?

A Master's Degree is a Master's Degree. Your school or district may have rules or guidance for you on that question. It depends on your long-term goals for your career. Do you want to teach PE long-term? Do you want to become an athletic director? Can you see yourself teaching another subject someday? Do you want to improve your professional skills? Do you want to learn more about fitness? About good teaching methods? Do you have research topics you want to dig into?
I hope that your motivation is not just money.

The masters in Education would make you more hireable as it broadens what you can do. Your masters in Sports would make you more specialized, and worth more, but there would be fewer job openings. If you love phyed think in terms of coaching.

Masters in education will earn you more money, but then, the ability to communicate more clearly would probably help as well.
