What should i wear to a wedding?

This is only my second wedding I've been to and the first time i was a bridesmaid so my clothes were picked for me. Im 14 quite short with black shaggy hair and very very pale, this is my cousins wedding and i dont wanna look bad incase its disrespectful. Oh yea i hate showing my arms and i need one outfit suitable for the church and reception. plz plz help

oh yeah its a spring wedding and i have a pretty average figure

You don't say when the wedding is.
If it's a spring wedding, get a suitdress (skirt & jacket that you don't need a blouse with) or a pretty floral print dress.
For summer get a sleeveless dress with a little lacy sweater over it.

You don't say much about your personal style or your body shape. One thing you can do is get a book called "Color Me Beautiful" from the library, it covers EVERYTHING, and has pictures.

And remember that the most important thing you can wear is a nice smile!

I would suggest something pastel. If you want to wear black that would be ok but make sure you put some other colour with it, black only is for funerals. I good pair of pants with a nice top always looks good. But wear what you are comfortable in.

If you are worried about your arms don't worry about them. If you wear a dress or shirt that shows them off you can always wear a nice jacket or wrap.

Don't wear anything to short or revealing either (especially since you are going to a church).

Whatever you do do not wear pants. It seems inappropriate to me to go to a ceremony where there are people in tuxes and gowns (ULTRAFORMAL) and then you go in wearing pants. My best friend did that and I was a bit horrified but if you wanna be inappropriate go for it! Other than that I would say just go somewhere like JCPenney (plenty affordable) and get a spring skirt with a little three quarter length shirt or light sweater to match. I would shoot for pastels. You can wear black IF it is an evening wedding. I hope that helps some!

since you don't like showing your arms, perhaps you could try a knee length skirt with matching jacket and a nice white blouse. For jewelry, i'd go with a pearl (real or faux) necklace with matching earrings (if you have pierced ears). Top off with a white headband for a look that's formal enough for a church/wedding, but still young and fun.

You can wear a nice pair of capris with a button down blouse and some pretty comfortable short heel sandals. As for your hair just wash and style it with some gel, as for accessories nice bracelets, earrings and maybe a ring or two. No necklace required. Do not wear solid black. Mix it up.

You shouldn't wear black, (funerals) white (bride) or red. (scary.) Something that would probably look good with your pale sking is something like a brown or pastels (especially for easter.) Good luck finding a dress and look for colors that emphasize your hair/skin color.

something you're comfortable wearing. it's okay to wear dressy slacks but try for a slingy type material. add accessories to dress anything up.
