UPS still runs on Saturday and Sunday... they just do not deliver. If you sent it 3 day on Friday, it will go out on Saturday, still be in transit on Sunday and then they should receive it at least by Tuesday.
I have ordered packages with normal delivery and received them the next day... 3 states away. So, it is possible that they will get it on Monday.

Generally I have found if it was sent Friday, the receiver would receive by Tuesday. It also depends on how far it is going. I would also check and see if there was a time the package had to go out by to be considered "Friday". For example the USPS in my region only sends mail received before 4 pm as the mail for the current day, I'm not sure if UPS has the same guidelines.

Wednesday. Friday doesn't count. You start counting to 3 with Monday.

If you sent it first thing on Friday morning, there's a slim chance it'll arrive on Tuesday.

Realistically, I wouldn't expect it to arrive before Wednesday; the drop-off day isn't supposed to count.
