You could try an icepack, but I would definitely have this evaluated by your dr to see what could be causing the itch especially if this has been going on for a while.

I would put vasaline on it after your shower...sleep with it on also, so it can soak up the moisture. I would also see if you have the symptoms for eczema...I don't know much about it though, but you can research it online. Keep putting unscented lotion (I used St. Ives intense healing for my incredibly dry and itchy legs) or vasaline on and try not to itch, because that will just make it itch more.

Also, make sure you're not allergic to your shirt!!

Calendula oil from the flower. That stuff is a miracle .
