It has 230. It includes the bread (Italian or wheat).

This sounds right for a 6" veggie on white or wheat with NO mayo, oil, or cheese. The veggies are only another 30 calories added to the bread and mustard has little or no calories for such a small serving.

Wheat bread has less calories than white bread. Cheese is high in fat and you can get the sandwich without the cheese. For dressing I think vinegar has no fat, and I know their ranch dressing is low carb. They might have other low-fat dressings, you should ask them. Some subways have a Veggie Max sandwich which is like a veggie burger, and they taste all right, they are more filling than just the veggies alone.

You have to add 45 calories for cheese and more for oil & mayo. They're just adding the bread and veggies to make the calorie count seem lower.
