Hello, I had sexual intercourse on March 29th and the next day i started to have period cramps, on April the 1st i got my period light as always and on the next day it started very heavy and the cramps were very painful as usually, today my period is lighter but these days i havent been eating but once a day because I've been worried about whether im pregnant or not so i dont konw if that affects how strong the bleeding is, the thing is that when i had sexual activity with my bf we did not use a condom and he was inside of me but without any friction or movement, he pulled out fast because i got scared due that im a virgin and i didnt want to turn out pregnant so he came only half way but around 20 minutes before he had come outside of me so i dont know if i might be pregnant because he came before and even when he cleaned up there might have been some sperms left when he was inside of me, maybe my period time was too close and therefore i had it with the cramps and everything, help pls

First of all you are prob. not pregnant from what you described, however you may be so take a pregnancy test ASAP. They have new ones on the market that will let you know if you are pregnant within a few days. Second you need to be on some form of birth control. Be it condoms or pills etc. This should be a good wake up call for you. Don't mess around without being on some form of birth control if you plan to be sexually active. I made that mistake when I first started dating my husband, we used condoms, but we hated them. We then decided to go at it with him pulling out which was not a good idea because I got pregnant my senior year in high school. I miscarried thank goodness, because I was not at all ready for a baby and I should have known better. To some that may sound cold, but I have never regretted not having a baby that young. Don't get me wrong I would not have had an abortion, but God knew that I was not ready nor was he, so I miscarried. I learned a valuable lesson, that I did not want to have a baby before I reached all of my goals, and of course could provide for a child. Fast forward seventeen years later, I have two wonderful children, a college education (my husband as well) and a wonderful life. I must say that I would like for my daughter to wait until she gets married, however I also have to be realistic. She may start having sex at a young age so I have to talk to her and prepare her for the day that she may choose to have sex. She is only four, but I fully plan on having the discussion as soon as she can understand what I am talking about. You need to be on birth control period. I remember what it was like being young and having those feelings, and being inpulsive to act on them. Don't make a mistake, learn from this and go get taken care of. Do it before it is too late and you end up being a mother before you are ready.

Well this will ease your mind a bit. Your period can also be effected by stress. If you think you a pregnant enough your body can develop signs of pregnancy. This is called a false pregnancy, and alot can be mental. Sperm can live inside a vagina for up to 5 days and yes, they can travel. Also, being that you just lost your virginity this can also cause some changes as well. I am not sure if you are pregnant or not. Even though you are having a period it is also wise to test after you are done. You can get them for $1.00 at dollar general and at most any other dollar store. They are just as effective as the name brand ones trust me I am a mom :D Another thing I want to tell you is this, always use a condom if you do not want children because men have Pre-ejaculation, and that also contains sperm not as much as his normal ***, but it is enough to get you pregnant. Just a thought hun. Good luck, and take care :D

Okkk, that was a bit graphic. But I doubt you are pregnant. If you had sex on March 29th and starting bleeding the next day, it's probably just your cycle. And especially since it lasted more then a day, it just sounds like your cycle is on. There's no way you could be miscarriaging with blood within 5 days of having sex.
If you don't get your cycle next month, just take a test. But i REALLY doubt you are.
