no one likes it when they know or feel like they're being watched. it also makes the person feel like the person watching them is a stalker.

No I really don't like it when people stares at me either because I get conscious too and makes me feel very uncomfortable.

I don't mind when people stares at me , most of the time I say hi and smile to them like I know them. most of the time I smile fast the person. I was in show biz when I was a young girl, so I don't think that staring is rude,but I learned the hard way that staring is rude.

Yes it bothers me somewhat especailly waiting for someone in town and someone is staring at you it makes me feel like what the hell or something.. but on the other hand if it some girl that has interests in me then no i dont care

Yes I do. Then I act really stupid and weird to give them something to stare at. Then I return the favor...It makes life more fun that way.

Nope when strangers, unless they're hot...
especially when i go to a restaurant and some weirdo keeps staring at you while you eat.
