How would you describe the perfect Easter dinner?

My sincere apologies but I mean what is YOUR perfect menu for Easter dinner and can you share some recipes. ;-) Thank you in advance!

- Fruit coctail ham (toothpick fruits all over ham while baking...pineapple, cherries, grapes, diced peaches are all good to mix)
- baked mac n cheese
- mashed potatoes (i like the skins left on)
- coleslaw
- pasta salad
- banana pudding for dessert (we make the best and easiest banana pudding around)
1 box vanilla wafers
1 small box instant pudding mix
1 pint heavy whipping cream
1 small can sweetened condensed milk
chopped bananas (how many you want)

combine sweetened condensed milk with pudding mix
refridgerage 10min
while waiting, whip your cream til it peaks
combine refridgerated mixture with whipped cream
in a large bowl layer cream, wafers, bananas, cream, wafers, bananas....
best if prepared night before!

I really enjoy making Easter dinner.

I serve ham with a cherry sauce, deviled Easter eggs, potatoes au gratin, asperagus, and salad. Also hot cross buns from a bakery, with lemon curd. My MIL brings an angel food cake and I serve chocolate bunny truffles on the side. I decorate every dish with edible flowers so the table is blossoming over! It's a simple meal that's easy to make and I just love it.
