I can't decide if I want to become a Radiologist or a Pharmacist. Which one are you, what school did you go to, and which type of school do you think is easier to get into?

My wife's a pharmacist. I'd say pharmacy school is easier to get into, even tho there are far fewer of them. Mainly because the numerical stats of the students tend to be lower than the average med school student.

She did it instead of med cuz she wanted to make a good income a lot sooner than doctors do. 4 years of grad school and then you start making $100K. Versus doctors who have to do at least 7 years after undergrad before making real money, and they might only make $80K working for a HMO.

It depends if you do decide to become a pharmacist then you get to help people about their prescriptions and any questions you might have. Becoming a Radiologist has alot more to deal with because you are responsible for all of the patients welfare's.I work with a great team of radiologists at work, they are sometimes overwhelmed because of the work they have but they feel great knowing that they helped a patient with their health concern. Pharmacology is probably easier to get into because when you think about it med school takes at least probably 4 or more years.

Yes it is easier to get into pharmacy school than medical school because there are two main things that we have to consider to get into the medical school the first thing is your 10+2 percentage should be high and second thing is competition. It is highly tough competition in medical. There are only few colleges give consideration less percentage holder. But in pharmacy many colleges consider few percentage holders than medical college.

It actually depends. Some pharmacy schools are harder to get into than some medical schools. Overall, it is probably easier to get into pharmacy; however, both are hard to get into.
