i have smache my 5 ft fishtank base can i put new glass inside and outside to cover it and re enforce it ,will

so the base will be re enforced inside and outside the tank

there is a hole and cracks do leak water ,but if i put glass in and outside will it be ok

Since it's a large enough crack to have a hole then no. Your best bet is to turn the tank over, remove the bottom frame and remove the broken glass. Then clean the sealant off as well as possible with a razor blade and install a new bottom for the tank. Carfeully done there is no reason the new bottom won't be just as good as the original was.

is it cracked??? I had a small crack that didn't go through; I thought the pressure would expand it like a windshield but it didn't ; depends on the crack ??? that is a large tank, aquarium/fish store would be able to answer this
