Definitely not. If you have a digital camera just plug it into your computer and access files that way. You can also download any photos saved onto your computer.

no u can just upload the photos u just need pictures from ur computer
usually u have 2 make the pictures smaller to upload them
but u definately dont need a webcam

You don't need a webcam. All you need is a camera and the cord to upload them to your computer. Or if you have developed photographs you can scan them to your computer and use them.

You can also use your phone and your digital camera.
