i am babsitting my neibors kids for about 5 hours. one is a boy about 8 years old and his little sister is about 6 years old. when i wasnt looking they drank coke and al the caffeine made them realy hyper and they were bouncing off the walls. i was totaly overwhelmed and so i put them in they're mothers walk in closet and locked them in there. but dont worry i gave them a jug of water and i have been tossing a hot dog in there every hour. i dont know what to do. please help

1. let them out of the closet 2. don't give, or let the kids have anything else that could make them more hyper 3. turn on the tv and let them watch it for the rest of the time 4. say that if they watch tv, you will give them a surprise when your their parents come home and when the parents do come, leave quickly so you don't have to give them anything.

Get off the internet, get the kids out of the closet, and do something with them...read a book, play a game, watch a movie...and be prepared they are going to tell on you.....I think your babysitting career is over!

Hang in there. I once babysat for a kid who peed in her sister's jewelry box, locked the bathroom door, pulled off the cabinets and flooded the bathroom, and while in there, called 911. For no reason. Everything'll be okay.

pleeeeeeeeeeeeease tell me you're kidding, lol. let them out and do what they please and do what you need to when you see them doing something they shouldn't. i've babysitted a room full of kids like that and you just have to be mellow but on your toes and know what should and should not be done.
