do u get mad when u not smokeing????? sometime when i not smoke 4 a really long times i get so upset n i start throwing things n i shoot things n yell @ me kidds n me hubby,,,,,then they tells me to calm downs n lite me up a malboro n after a couple i feels great again,,,,,,,,,,,,sometimes i wishs i cood go more time between smokes n feel good but that not happen!!! when i go to mall with frend they make me goes 15 mintues without smokes n i goes CRazy!!!!!!!! does this happen to u???

I can last lot longer then 15Min's. After 2 to 3 hours without a smoke I get real angry too. And when I lite that smoke and I in heal it feels so good then am not mad know more, either. It's because of the diction we have. Are body's need it, like a drug, but you don't get high.I stop for 2yrs before and I picked up the habit again, that's how strong it is. If your smoking every 15Min's. You really need to slow it down. Do you know it takes up to 10yrs for your body to heal from the damage of smoking. It doe's. That's crazy ha? I wished I never starting.

I can go alot longer than 15 minutes and I don't get angry but I cry. Don't know why but if I try to quit smoking everything makes me cry.
