What are some semi-liberal and semi-conservative states?

Question

I'm not looking for hardcore, full-blooded states with either political ideology. I only want information about red and blue states with more moderate/centrist beliefs. For example, is Washington a semi-liberal state?

Pennsylvania is a moderate blue state. Usually PA goes Democrat but will vote for moderate Republicans. For example a pro-life Republican would easily defeat a liberal Democrat.

Ohio is a moderate red state. Ohio normally votes republican but recent corruption in the state republican party has caused a shift. In the past election Ohio voted for moderate Dems.

West Virgina, Virgina, and New Hampshire are also moderate red states.
