Hi

The torque settings are

1) Tighten to 20nm in sequence
2) angle tighten 180 degrees in sequence
3) angle tighten 180 degrees in sequence

AND the sequence is....

9-5-1-3-7
10-6-2-4-8

It is better to use new bolts as they also hold in the bottom bearing ladder at the bottom of the engine.

Also ensure that you give the cooling system a really good flush and use a good quality and good mix of coolant because it is the simple fact that these engines are difficult to keep cool that causes head gasket problems, and some joker decided to locate the thermostat at the back!!

I don't know the torque settings or sequence, but I do know that the bolts are more than just head bolts - the K-series engine has a different construction from most, and the bolts are "through-bolts", are torque-stressed, and cannot be re-used.
Make sure you use new bolts.
