your question is a bit unspecific. You need to decide first, what kind of business you want to have. Then you can build the website around it. Otherwise it doesn't make sense and you'll lose a lot of money without any return.

You can e-mail me. Me and my bro build websites for small businesses and we are quite cheap compared to other web builders. And we don't use templates because there's not much you can do with templates.
