It's not bad manners - it's a compliment. And I like when guys stare at my hard nipples, sometimes I'll even put little erasers in my bra to make it look like they're hard.

guys stare even if are nipples ain't hard. i would think u would take it as a complement.do u always get hard in public places or somethin? probably cause its noticeable, and its just a reaction.
