Michigan State, Darthmouth, Ohio University, and University of North Texas do. Possibly Marshall University and Portland State do also, but they use some black trim in their uniform. Also Eastern Michigan might be green and white, but there may be silver with the uniform.
Other teams that use a primarily green and white uniform combo have a 3rd color as the official color.(Examples are Tulnae(green and pale blue), Baylor, Colorado State, Cal Poly, South Florida, Alabama Birmingham(all green and mettalic gold), North Dakota(green and black), and university of Miami(seaweed green and orange).
Also prior to 2000 University of Hawaii used a teal green and white uniform.
