The internet is starting to take the place of personal interaction. Face to face socializing. I think it's a great tool, an easy way to communicate with others and to get information at the tips of your fingers, however, I think many young people are not learning how to socialize with others because they spend so much time on the computer. Everything in moderation I think is the way to go. I have heard people on here say that it is an addiction to them. I just don't think an email will ever take the place of a heartfelt handwritten note or letter to a friend , nor will it ever be the same as meeting people and getting to know them in person. As long as it is used in moderation and doesn't become a fixation or addiction, it is a great thing.
