yes i do...i volunteered at a homeless shelter when i lived in london, & it was disturbing to hear some of the stories from these people...it makes u truly thankful for what u have!!! i realize that many of the people out there on the streets begging for money have contributed to their own downfall by abusing drugs or alcohol, but some of them have also become homeless for a variety of other reasons, too...it`s good to have some compassion for these people & think about the fact that if it ever happened to u, how would u feel??? what would u do??? so i like to contribute in some small way, however i can...i don`t give money to street people, but i do volunteer to work for food drives, help with the illiteracy program, etc...

no longer all homeless all and sundry is that way because of creating poor alternatives. existence situations reason many to be rendered homeless. no longer all homeless all and sundry is on drugs and ingesting. no longer all are criminals. If a homeless man or woman has a canines , he would okay have an earnings to feed the canines yet no longer sufficient for providing himself a house to stay in. leases are off the map in fee. In on the instant's economic device you ought to ask your self how each and everybody could have adequate money an apt. Realtors have raised the expenditures on purpose to keep the riff raff in and out so doing, are crippling many risk free human beings.

Yes. I usually try to give them some extra money or food or something. Even though some say they're homeless by choosing and this could very well be the case, I have to remind myself and all of you that if they CHOOSE that lifestyle, they have to be suffering from a mental illness and deserve our sympathies either way. It could happen to any of us. We're all one big financial or emotional blow away from homelessness, really, if you think about it..

Yes, if you don't then there is something wrong with you. Believe it or not these people didn't choice to live in a dumpster. Unlike you and me they don't have a friend they can stay with or even a family. They get in to drugs and stuff and there life spins out of control. What would you do if you were stuck out there int hat situation. I always take old blankets and clothes to people on the side of the road. If everyone did that, we would live in a much better world don't you think?

i usually do since i know that not all homeless people didnt do good in life and i believe everyone deserves a second chance. when you see homeless people usually assume that they dropped out of school or couldn't find a job etc. but you can jump to conclusions and think that's what happened. :)

No. I have worked with the homeless. I have even taken them in and helped them get a new life. I turn sadness into something positive.

yes, I feel very bad for them. People say they are lazy but they are outside hustling for money everyday just to eat-- that isn't lazy. A lot of homeless people have psychiatric conditions, too. I always give them money when I have spare cash--i dont care if they spend it on alcohol or cigs---if it gives them a tiny bit of pleasure, and I helped that happen--I am happy to do it.

Yeah I do. Also, there's this one teacher I know who saw an old friend of his living in a box on the streets. That must feel really bad.
