I have the cutest strapless dress to wear for a formal dance at my school. The school's rules are that u have to stay within the dress code or else u get sent home. How stupid is that? U'd think that they would cut u some slack if it was ur last dance at that school right? W/e anyways i really want to keep the dress so i've got to find an ivory shawl to cover my back and so it matches my dress. Does anyone know where i can find one?? A pretty one that would look ok on a 14 yr old?? Plz help!!!!

i actually would not do the scarf thing. It will be hard to keep it up on your shoulders if you are moving around and dancing.

have you considered a shrug instead? kind of a cropped sweater type thing. see attached.

Yawn. I placed on denims favourite. Its cotton and no its no longer revealing. Its basically thick cotton. i do no longer placed on or approve torn denims regardless of the shown fact that. heavily, collectively with your technology fiddling approximately those issues on an analogous time as ignoring extra considerable issues basically encourages me to lose faith in Muslims. actually. Edit: Yeah I understand that Muhammad (PBUH) became a great guy and a appropriate occasion of a Muslim. yet many men do no longer save on together with his ideals and submit to in innovations the legacy he left at the back of. What dress the guy is wearing isn't in all probability that appropriate. Cultures substitute. lifestyle isn't the comparable as faith.

personally, i would not wear a shawl to a school dance. It's too formal.. and how're you supposed to dance while keeping it around your shoulders. I would def go for a cute coverup that just hides hte shoulders.
