why does everyone like abercrombie so much?

all my friends are CRAZY about it. i have some abercrombie clothes. i have one shirt and i admit it is really cute but... i have another and it is not that cute... it's acceptable. but i think the prices are lil more than reasonable or affordable? i like to dress up like a hip hop chick or a preppy chick more. is it just me or do you girls all think abercrombie is cute too? and hollister. hollister clothes aren't even cute. at all. i mean abercrombie has some cute styles but hollister clothes are plain. and... why are they are so slim? i have to wear a XL and that's still really tight. and im not even all that fat.

People like Abercrombie and stores similar to it because it's just a status symbol. Who can wear the most expensive clothes, who can brag the most. It's nothing more than that.

I have no idea why they're so slim, it's insane. Don't feel bad that you wear an XL, I'm sure that it's not you, it's just the clothes that they are trying to sell. If you go into any store you will see that there's mostly smalls and extra-smalls leftover because most girls are not that skinny.

You're right the clothes are too expensive.

i mean there clothes are cute but there plain and boring i like that store but i don't shop there only because everyone else does and i wanna be different so people can notice me more. I wear different things other then abercrombie and hollister and i still look good even better.........abercrombie and hollister were originally from Cali and everyone from Cali wore those clothes because it was the fashion and style i guess. and i guess people thought the style was cool and started wearing it but doesn't mean u have to. it's your choice people in my school love those stores too but i don't even no way all they have are long sleeve shirts, camis, polos, hoodies, henleys and jeans just like any other store but i gotta admit there jeans are flipping awesome but still i choose not to shop there cause i like being different and independent....=]♥ good luck well i hope i answered Ur question...& i hope u agree so i can be best answer for this question tht i enjoyed answering=] ♥♥

Most people I see dress up like clones. Abercrombie and Hollister is one kind of uniform, Roca Wear and Baby Phat is another kind. Hot Topic is one another. Very few people have any imagination or individuality.

some people just like thise clothes for the name. I like to buy rthe clothes I like and personally I really don't care where it's from. If its from abercrombie, so be it but I am no gonna get it just for the name. Maybe your friends genuinely like it. Everyone has their own opinion

I like hollister b/c it fits me best (i'm a size zero). and they have cute swimsuits ($20 a piece) and adorable skirts. it's cheaper than abercrombie

it`s just personal preference, or maybe the people want to fit in, or whatever...i don`t like abercrombie or hollister, way too tame for my taste, but that`s just me!!! wear what u want & forget about buying things just because everyone else has it or it`s so-called "in"...

AE or hollister... are the way to go. i have very few abercrombie clothes if any they were on sale. they are to expensive.

i agree its cute but i dont wear it i only have a shirt from there. its probably because some1 started wearing it and then it became a popular brand

I don't, it's plain and everybody wears it like a label. I like standing out in a croud.
