Well I would say a funeral but I was just at one and my wife whispered a joke in my ear which I could help but laugh but since that's taken it would be in a court room while on trial

Underwater - because I might drown.
I have laughed at a funeral - because it was intended by the family and it was a good 'moment' at a very difficult time.

I have laughed almost everywhere. (whether it was inappropriate or not) Yes even at funerals(Im mean come on the pallbearer's name was Harry Pitts). So anyway to answer your question, no where!
