Yes. Both guys will be starters. Expect Russell to start in Oakland and Quinn to start after 4-8 games after the season opener in Detroit.

You'd be crazy not to start Jamarcus Russell!! As for Brady Quinn, I can see him sitting out his first year if the team that drafts him are smart...

Russell and Quinn will be starting before the year is over on their respective teams...likely the Raiders...and Lions or Browns in Quinn's case, depending on the Lions...If the Lions take Calvin Johnson, the Browns will likely pick Quinn, and he is from Ohio...

It will depend on who drafts them but a lot of teams are getting away from the idea that the rookie qb needs to hold the clipboard for a couple years. If they go to the teams you mentioned, expect to see a lot of them in the upcoming season.

it depends upon who drafts them. if the raiders get russell and wr jarrett in the 2nd round, and that OL actually holds up, russell may surprise us all. quinn might do alright in cleveland working with romeo crennel. it'd be interesting after quinn just got done working for charlie weis.

It honestly depends on who drafts them. But based on the early successes of Vince and Matt last year I would expect them to see a good amount of time. Many colleges these days run a pro style offense and so it makes the transition to the pros somewhat easier.

They'll both have to feature their ability to run for their lives because they're going to be drafted by teams with terrible offensive lines.

Yes they will. I think this will be one of the best rookie QB classes.
