Not necessarily.
you will bleed during the 7 days at some point.
I used to finish my pill, then come on my period 5 days later for 2 days and stop as my new pack started.

It is unlikely that you will start your bleed the day after finishing your back. This is because you bleed in response to falling hormone levels and it takes a few days for your body to respond.
I was on microgynon for many years and always started my bleed 4 days after taking the last pill. It is different for different women however.
But 3 or 4 days later is the norm.

And don't listen to the person who said that you only start your new pack once your bleed stops - that's not true and if you read the instructions it will confirm that! Start your new pack after the 7 day break, regardless of whether you are still bleeding.
Your bleed shouldn't last for 7 days as that would be quite long. Probably more like 4 or 5 days. It will stop pretty soon after you start your new pack if it hasn't already stopped.

You probably won't bleed for 7 days. You should start bleeding at some point during the 7 day break, most women bleed for 3 or 4 days during this time and stop again when they start taking the pills again.
