sandwhiches, soups, bagels

1,200-1,500 calories a day

I eat 3 meals a day and 2 snacks
I eat about 1250-1300 calories a day.
I am in between weights.

1. i don't eat the same foods every day, it depends on if i work or not but if i work (as i did today)
*breakfast oatmeal with raisins added in
*snack-orange
*lunch lean pocket
*snack- wheat thins
* diet cherry coke
*snack home made strawberry pie (made with splenda)
*still one orange to eat before i go home
*64 ounces of water
usually when i get home i will eat a bowl of soup or something.

2. it depends but on a regular day i try to get no more than 1500 calories. sometimes i get less and sometimes i get more.

3. i am five feet two inches tall and 107 pounds.

oh, and i never work out. i should tho.

Sorry I don't know I eat different amounts on any given day...depending if its a work out day or not....if it is then I eat 1500 calories if its not its anyones game

I am skinny but I sure eat alot.
I eat 3 square meals plus lots of snack. And you may NOT forget the desert. Gotta love it :)

1. today I had 4 slices of whole grain toast, half a stick of butter, one egg, and about a quarter cup of sour cream. habits vary; that's what's in the house.

2. I have no idea, and I don't want to know.

3. I'm 5'10", 165 lbs. you tell me.

I eat a bit. Maybe 500 calories a day. Depends on the day of course.
I am not skinny, I am in between.

i keep a food/workout diary... i base what i eat on my workouts.... usually no more than 1500/per day... if i go for a longer run than usual it can vary... but, usually stays the same...

unless of course, i am pms'ing...
