that's a stupid question.... (nothing against you! just my first reaction. the answer is so obvious!) well, If you're complacent, then they are there to be helped. but to any one else, YOU are an other.... to every person every other is an OTHER. we are here to help eachother. the others are here to help you, but only f you help them
