The best, hands down to scream and sing and rage to that has the right lyrics and beat... I Don't Care Anymore by Phil Collins,seriously this was pre Disney Phil, before he got fat dumb and happy with his success. I hate to say it but its true, Go to Amazon and listen to a clip or go to a lyrics site and read the lyrics....

Linkin Park's music is about angst, so I'm going to stick to LP. The rap-rock group has lots of songs that can help listeners to cope with anger and everything that makes them feel annoyed, angry, and mad.

Definitely anything by Trapt, although I would suggest Headstrong or Stand Up in particular. Definitely two great songs to relieve anger/stress.
Also, Headstrong is a great song to phsych up to before a sports game or other competitive event, if that helps.
