Don't let people fool you. While everyone is correct that you can't keep even one goldfish in a 30 liter tank, you do have tons of other options.
Here's a link to an article I wrote for people in exactly your position, you have a small tank and don;t know what to do with it. Hope this helps.

That's less than 10 gallons. You absolutly can NOT keep a gold fish in a 10 gallon, let alone a bowl.
They produce far to much waste for anything under a 50 gallon to properly handle.
Rehome the goldfish as soon as possible or get a large tank (30 gallons for now)
The only other fish you could keep in that tank would be a betta or a sparkling gourami. NEVER keep male betta's with other bettas.
Use the bowl for a plant or something. It's usless for fish.

First off 30 liters = 7.92516154 US gallons. Secondly if you just set up the tank as you had mentioned I would wait a couple of weeks for the bacteria to build up. These are fish that I have found safe to keep with goldfish. Now the Oto catfish can be a problem with fish that like to nip on other fish, so if you have a goldfish that likes to nibble on other goldfish dont place into the tank. Weather Loach, Apple Snails, Rubbernose
Pleco, Hillstream Loach, BristleNose Pleco, Dwarf Otocinclus, Go to.... http://www.kokosgoldfish.com/comfish.html
Please keep in mind that you do not want to over fill tank and 7 gallons is not that big. Good luck

Candy,
30 litres is roughly 8 gallons. The goldfish in your bowl will eventually be too large for even your new tank. In my opinion, the only fish that can be kept in a bowl is a betta, but they are your fish.
I would keep a small shoal of fish that stay around the 1 inch mark, and could be kept in a tank of that size. 5-6 Cardinal tetras, Gold barbs, or danios would look great.

You need a 20gallon tank for 2. Get a 35gallon, and get 1 Pink Kisser fish along with the goldfish, or get rid of the goldfish and get 3 pink kissers. or 1 goldfish with 2 pink kissers, or a 40gallon with 2 redclaw crayfish, or a 20 gallon with those 5 little minnows from bait store( get the kind that have pure oxygen water in it) and and ask is you can have some more pure oxygen water, its a blue water, or if you want to keep that tank pick Triops(pop em in the water put a lamp over it to make it just above room temp and they will hatch the next day).Pick one of my combos.

basically you have an 8 gallon tank and already the with goldfish the tank, that is too small for them. Goldfish need a 10 gallon to themselves.

30 liters is about 8 gallons. Not even big enough for one goldfish. They need 15-20 gallons each.

Goldfish are good. I never could raise anything else. Just be sure to get a good filter for the tank and clean it out regularly.

you can only keep goldfish with other goldfish. not too exciting i know, but if you put another kind of tropical fish in there it wont survive.
personally, i think goldfish have much more personality then any other fish if that makes you any less dissapointed
