Okay, so i sold something on ebay. The buyer paid and I checked in my paypal account and it even said the buyer paid. One problem. I looked into my bank account and it doesn't have the money that was paid in it?????? What's wrong?

Paypal does NOT automatically sent funds from your Paypal account to your checking account. They are two separate accounts. You must take action yourself to do so.
