okay so on march 14th i had gotten my eyebrows waxed for prom. i had never gotten my eyebrows professionally done but i'm pretty good at doing it myself and i thought that if i was so good at doing my eyebrows, imagine how good my eyebrows would look after being done by a pro.
so, i while i was getting them done the eyebrow lady said "wow, i just noticed that one of your eyebrows is MUCH bigger than the other..." which was a little bit true... but the difference was so vague that nobody could tell. anyways, she said "i think i'm going to take a little more off..." and she put the wax on my brow before i could say "NO WAIT!!!!!!!" and she pulled the hairs out...
so now, it's been a couple of weeks later... and some hairs on the messed up brow are back... but most of them aren't. and i'm getting freaked out because i hecka loved my eyebrows and now one of them is totally jacked up.
so do i have to wait longer for them to grow out? or i may have another option...

my other option was to have that thing done that some of the famous people do... they cut their hair a little bit and have it implanted in their eyebrow and it stays in forever.
and just another question... i know this may be far fectched... but can i sue or something? sorry for seeming naive but i don't really know what to do in this situation...

use a filler pencil made especially for brows. You can find it anywhere. Hope this helps.

I grew out my eyebrows once so I could shape them differently and it took a couple of months. That's why lots of woman have their legs waxed because it last longer. Don't stress out about it just give it more time. But while you are waiting for them to grow out you can hide the problem with a good brow makeup, I use Elizabeth Arden brow brush & makeup and the best trick I've found is using clear mascara to tame the eyebrow hairs all in the same direction and my brows look great. I found Maybelline makes a clear mascara but I had to go to several different drugstores to find it. Good luck.

It will grow back in, it just takes a lot longer than the rest of the hair on your body. Until then, use an eybrow pencil like another user suggested.
Talk to the shop owner and see if she/he will refund your money or offer you a free bikini wax or something. But if they won't, don't bother with trying to sue, it's definitely not worth it. Attorneys charge hundreds of dollars per hour, and I don't know any who would consider such a case, for a variety of reasons that would take too long to get into here. The short version is that real losses equal having a case - real losses like medical bills from an accident or a wrongful death, not from eyebrows that will grow back.

The eye area is delicate - and I've noticed that my eyebrows hairs grow back at different "speeds." I wouldn't worry right now. Give it 2 more weeks - until mid-April, because it could be a month before they all grow back.
If it's really messed, you shouldn't have paid for the service. I don't think you can sue unless your eyebrow hairs don't grow back at all. You can go back and complain but what will that get you? a free waxing? I wouldn't go back there if someone paid me.
I'm no expert - just writing to tell you I sympathize! I'll be watching your question to see what you find out. But try not to freak out. It takes a long time to get your eyebrows back to the thickness they were.

Your eyebrow will grow back very soon. It's not worth the cost of a lawsuit. Use a soft eyebrow pencil or wax in a matching shade to fill in the gap in your brow in the meantime. (Pencil would be better in your case; brow wax is meant to enhance the hairs that exist, not fill in for hairs that aren't there at all)

haha. sorry to hear what happened! but with wax it takes a WHILE for the hair to grow back out. I wouldnt sue though. Everyone makes mistakes and you learn from them. Your lucky it was your first time waxing. after waxing for a while the hair tends to thin out and NEVER grow back..so dont worry i wouldnt touch them for a while and let them grow back on their own and then stick to doing them yourself..and if you want to get them professionally done again..i wouldnt recommend waxing. Try the 'THREADING' technique. it started in india and is FABULOUS! it is great and i loved getting my eyebrows done when i was in India..the only problem is that its kind of expensive to do in the states because its soo new. but if your getting them done again..deffinently do the threading and go to someone you trust! :]

wow.....em....well...theres not a lot u can do just let the hairs grow back and dont do anything to them for awhile and then when they have grown back(which will take awhile) you can shape them.....i suppose if you really wanted to you could do that thing that celebrities do...but i would just wait.....
ummmm i doubt you can sue the place but you can and should go back and complain....even get something free out of them or else they may be able to help you out.....good luck

im no longer attempting to be impolite, yet men dont pay lots interest to eyebrows... additionally, in the event that they notice, purely casually make a humorous tale of how they have been given tousled. I mean, i does no longer recommendations. despite if i notice weiird eyebrows, i wouldnt care in the journey that your appealing.
