I have been a Cub fan since 1944 and would LOVE to see them win just one World Championship before I die

They have a shot at the division as the NL Central is not all that good but if they do manage to make it to the playoffs, I don't see them going to far. Your not always going to outscore your opponents, which is what the Cubs have to do as they don't have much pitching. We've all seen weak pitching teams get to the playoffs and not last long.

They'll be the 4th in the Central Division. They'll be a little under .500. Better than last year, but still have a long way to go.

if this is not the year.. well, it just gets really sad afterwards. we spent a lot of money, and now we have the trib as a distraction. 100 years is ridiculous.. though.. go cubs!

Well, they spent some money in the off season, and Lou is a big unknown. I think it will take them a while to see if they can play together and win as a unit.

They will go 91-71 and lose in the World Series. Unless they're injury plagued. Then they will go 77-85 and won't make it.
