Man would be kangaroos top predator these days. Something like 3 million (15%) of the population is culled every year. The meat is used for human and pet consumption. In areas where there are dingos, they also predate on roos. Our biggest raptor, the Wedge Tailed Eagle is more of a carrion eater, but they will take joeys or sick/injured animals. Based on personal observations I would say vehicles would be a close runner up. Some weeks we pull up to 10 dead animals off of our 7 km stretch of road.

Dingos and man. Sheep farmers often shoot kangaroos on sight because they graze on the same land their sheep do.
